Our school is founded upon perfecting mechanics, positive reinforcement, instilling self-confidence and having fun!

Michael Sutlovich has over 20 years experience in professional instruction. Formally an Associate Scout with the Seattle Mariners and L.A. Angels of Anaheim, and still arranging for his players to get the proper exposure for their hardwork and talents via professional tryouts and assistance in scholarship applications. His technique for maximum results is immediately acknowledging the student's means of processing information, whether it be verbally and/or with the use of visual aids. Training his students in understanding the proper mechanics results in immediate improvement in their game. Dedication on behalf of the instructor as well as the student, is a winning combination.

Presently he has students that have signed with MLB teams New York Yankees (formerly an All American for Princeton University - Michael Ford), Kansas City Royals (formerly a Big East player of St. John's University - Frank Schwindel) and Chicago Cubs (formerly an All American for Seton Hall University - Giuseppe Papaccio).

To date, our school has had over 1,500 students go on to play collegiate baseball and softball. The following are just a few of the universities and colleges they have or are presently playing for:
Division I - Harvard, Princeton, St. John's, Rutgers, Seton Hall, Monmouth Universities and Rider College.
Division II and III - Montclair, Drew, William Paterson Universities and Muhlenberg College.

Our Little Leaguers are trained for the same success as our older players, with All Star, MVP and four home runs in one game players for towns such as Millburn, Chatham, Madison, Livingston, Parsippany, etc.

Ages of instruction are 5 thru adult.
